Instant Date Rules.
To make our app a better place for respect and inclusivity you agree to adhere to the following rules. Failure to do so will result in limited use of the app which may include termination.
You must check-in at your arrival location for every date. This is because we do not track your location. We rely on users to check-in for full functionality of the app. While checking in, the app will confirm that you are in approximate or precise location depending the permission granted. Failure to check-in means you ghosted and will result in 30-day ban
You must continue to plan an invite in Agreement Board when accepted. If you accept an invitation to a date, you must complete the planning of the date with the inviter within 24 hours. You must arrive at an agreement with the inviter for the date about the date idea, meeting point, time and conversation point within 24 hour period. If you accept an invite and fail to continue planning or arrive at an agreement within 24 hour period then it will be considered as a flake and will result in 30-day ban.
Cancelling dates. There will be a charge to cancel a date that has already been planned for the future. After cancelling, the 30-day ban still applies.
Treat others with respect as you want to be treated. Respect others time as you want your time to be respected. Reports of disrespects will be reviewed and will result in termination of account.
